I offer legal and consulting services to carriers, tower companies, municipalities and land owners alike to ensure appropriate wireless facility siting. Wireless facility siting needs to be accomplished in a way that takes into account not just the impact on the physical environment, but also the impact on the human environment.

I have more than three years’ experience siting facilities for a national wireless carrier. I know how the process works and what makes a successful application, both in terms of documentation and presentation. I have appeared before hosts of municipal boards in New York state and successfully prosecuted many applications. I have also been involved in many related real estate transactions.

I am a believer in the need for wireless communications. And you can’t have wireless communications without necessary infrastructure. That said, infrastructure needs to be put into place in a sensible, reasonable way. Different municipalities in New York state have different ideas about just that.
